There seems to be no end to Sunny Deol's troubles. First the films that bombed at the box office and now it's his chronic back problem which is why he is on complete bed rest for some time. And compounding to his woes, this time is the stones that were detected in his Kidney.

Just when Sunny needed to shoot some high-voltage action sequence for Yamla Pagla Deewana (YPD), he has been laid up with a chronic back problem.

Director Samir Karnik (YPD) said that I have no choice but to proceed with the post-production of the film. Everything except the action sequence is done, informs Karnik.

Sunny Deol is in the US for his Kidney stone treatment which have been removed but is still suffering from the chronic back. Samir Karnik says, I"ll wait. I've planned Ghayal kind of stunts for Sunny with Ghajini action director Peter Heines. And if he is not up to it, I"ll cancel the action sequence. But I'm told after bed rest, Sunny's back will be as good as new."
